ACCUWEATHER/TONY LAUBACH The Truman-area tornado touches down Monday evening, April 13. The tornado was one of three reported across southern Minnesota. Hail fell measuring more than three inches in diameter at locations in the region from the storm. Stormchasers took this picture.
